I called them when my water heater started leaking, and they were able to come out the very next day. Upon arrival, Greg thoroughly explained what was happening and walked me through several options, including replacing the existing tank with a similar model or upgrading to a tankless system. I’ll be candid — the quotes were not inexpensive. I didn’t have the luxury of shopping around extensively because I needed the issue resolved quickly. A brief comparison suggested the pricing may have been somewhat higher than average. That said, when I asked whether they could complete the work the same day, Greg immediately confirmed they could. Within minutes, he coordinated with his team, arranged for the selected equipment, and within about an hour they were removing the old unit and installing a brand-new tankless system. What truly stood out was their attention to detail and respect for my property. The installation area is surrounded by white carpet, and they took extra precautions to fully protect the space and keep everything clean. While the cost may be on the higher side, the same-day resolution, efficiency, professionalism, and care they demonstrated fully justified the price. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and the outcome.

Very nice guy and very knowledgeable, but he underestimated the age of my hot water heater. I probably would not have had it replaced because it was only seven years old instead of 30 years old like he told me. But I was comfortable enough replacing it because it was already starting to give me problems and I did not want to go down that rabbit hole.

Called Mr. Drain; they gave me an appointment for first thing in the morning. They were very prompt in arriving and giving an estimate for a new water heater. Within 30 minutes, they had sent out a technician to start the job. He was very polite, considerate, and knowledgeable and got started right away. Kept me informed of different steps in the process of replacing the water heater and upgrading to meet all the code requirements for the new water heater. They also took care of getting the permit from the city and arranging for an inspector to come out. Jose was very efficient in replacing and removing the old water heater and getting the parts that were needed, advised me of what he was doing, and finished the job later that afternoon. I recommend this company highly; they were very, very thorough, gave me the best service that they could for the price that we ended up paying. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a 10; they checked all my boxes. Thank you so much, Jose and Ben, for your promptness in getting me hot water going back into the house. I appreciate you.
