I had a unique situation where I am located at a long distance, and Ben explained to me the situation in great detail at my mother-in-law’s house so that I knew he was correct about what had to be done. He answered all my questions with professionalism (I have construction experience) so that I felt very good about the job that they had to do. Chase, their employee, who did the project, was also very professional and courteous to my mother-in-law. I am very satisfied with their work and highly recommend Mr. Drain for any projects/problems that you may have at your residence.

Collin Deserves a Raise!
We contacted several plumbers, and Mr. Drain was the only one to reply. They sent Colin to unplug a laundry drain at our spay and neuter clinic. A working washer is essential when you wash around 10 loads daily. If we ever have a problem again, these will be our go-to guys. Collin deserves a raise!

We woke up this morning to a huge puddle of water in our front yard and Mr Drain was our fifth call, and the only one that could come out today. Not only was the call center gal, sorry I forget her name, super helpful, but Ben came out when he said he would. Stayed in constant communication with us and was able to detect the issue. Thankfully, the issue was able to be solved without their intervention, which is great for our budget, but I wanted to say that this company was awesome and we will call them if we need plumbing assistance in the future!
