He Went the Extra Mile for Us
JT did a great job hydro-jetting our sewer line for us. We had a blockage as well as some roots further down the line. The roots were already cut out, but after the hydro jet removed the blockage, he also used the hydro jet further down the line where the roots were as well. I don't think he needed to do that, so it was really nice of him to go that extra mile. It reflects very well on the company which JT represents. I'll happily call Mr. Drain Plumbing in the future for their expertise and willingness to help people when they have a plumbing issue.

The company administration was courteous and negotiable with the quote. The field technician Alejandro Campos diagnosed the gas leak location after checking water heater, range, and dryer gas line. He disconnected the gas line at the house inlet and the tank, and pressure tested the line between these points. The air gauge was losing pressure. He dug up the section and discovered the gas leak. He came back the next day and replaced the gas line from the house to the tank. Verified pressure was good now. Meticulously reconnected all appliances and restored service in a timely manner. Thank you, Alejandro, for a job well done.

We contacted several plumbers, and Mr. Drain was the only one to reply. They sent Colin to unplug a laundry drain at our spay and neuter clinic. A working washer is essential when you wash around 10 loads daily. If we ever have a problem again, these will be our go-to guys. Collin deserves a raise!

Not only was the call center gal, sorry I forget her name, super helpful, but Ben came out when he said he would. Stayed in constant communication with us and was able to detect the issue. Thankfully, the issue was able to be solved without their intervention, which is great for our budget, but I wanted to say that this company was awesome and we will call them if we need plumbing assistance in the future!
