Very helpful. Quickly diagnosed and completed the job. Elijah was courteous and efficient. The one complaint I would have is that I was told he'd be at my house between 8-12. Then was called back and told he had another job to attend to first and would be at my house around 11:30. Fast forward to 3:30 he finally arrives and knocks out the job. I'm sure it wasn't his fault but poor planning on the scheduler.

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Drain. Ben came to my home immediately when I called about a pipe leak in my wall. He explained everything to me. My house is 60 years old. Trever and Michael replaced my old bath and shower. Trever also replaced my tiny shower in my master bathroom, added a new toilet, and installed beautiful flooring. The employees were prompt, thorough, and personable. I am very pleased with their attention to detail and wide experience in getting the job done right. Next year I will be hiring them again to change out my sinks. Thank you Mr. Drain for a job well done.

Mr. Drain Plumbing tech J.T. arrived on time for an emergency evening repair of the toilet supply line in one of our bathrooms. I was there when the line broke and there was no damage, just water on the tile floor. J.T. also replaced the toilet supply line in the other bathroom. The house is about 25 years old, and we didn't want to take a chance of it also breaking. He also replaced a malfunctioning Fluidmaster toilet fill valve. I was impressed by his helpful and very pleasant demeanor. I would feel very comfortable having J.T. repair any plumbing problem. Very definitely 5 stars!

Phenomenal Customer Service
Even though this company is only a year or so old, they treat you as though they knew you for a long time. Their customer service is very good. Nowadays, you hardly get old-value service. Ben was great at explaining things to us and Dallas was phenomenal; his work was very good. He takes a lot of pride in his work. My husband and I were so amazed at how he did all the work on his own. That water heater had to be heavy, taking it out and putting the new one in.
