Mr. Drain Plumbing tech J.T. arrived on time for an emergency evening repair of the toilet supply line in one of our bathrooms. I was there when the line broke and there was no damage, just water on the tile floor. J.T. also replaced the toilet supply line in the other bathroom. The house is about 25 years old, and we didn't want to take a chance of it also breaking. He also replaced a malfunctioning Fluidmaster toilet fill valve. I was impressed by his helpful and very pleasant demeanor. I would feel very comfortable having J.T. repair any plumbing problem. Very definitely 5 stars!

But this plumber was super efficient; he came after hours, he charged a really low price, and he did a really good job that other plumbers were trying to charge over $1,000.

Tireless and Thorough Service
We had just moved into our new house, just to find that none of our bathroom plumbing would drain. Mr. Drain came out on an emergency call in the middle of the night and worked tirelessly to find a solution. Even though it was late, our plumber was kind and courteous. He ended up having to come back in the morning, and sure enough we had the exact same plumber back at our place at 9 AM. They were able to get us back up and running, and were super thorough in their communication, which really helped put us at ease! I couldn't recommend them enough!
