I can't recommend this company enough! When our toilets and shower backed up randomly at 8 p.m. at night, J.T. came within minutes of our call. In the dark and rain, he spent time feeding his snake through our plumbing to find out exactly what the problem was. When he suspected roots, he cleared out as much as he could for us, then came back first thing the next morning with Greg, and they ran a camera through. It turned out to be a nasty root ball from a tree behind our house. They were able to completely repair the piping and clear out all of the remaining roots. They did an amazing job!! I hope to not have to call for plumbing any time soon, but if I do, I'll be calling Mr. Drain Plumbing. Thank you, J.T., Matthew, and Greg!!!

Mr. Drain was called on a disposal installation leak. Not a good situation with the original installation costing much more than I had anticipated. However, the response from Mr. Drain was prompt with a satisfactory fix. The tech, Elijah, was on time, courteous, identified the issue, explained the issue without blame or diversion—resulting in a satisfactory, no additional fee resolution with a prompt fix. The home PRV (Pressure Relief Valve) failed, causing far too much water pressure in our home. This could have caused damage to anything related to plumbing, including copper pipes, pipe seals, water heater, toilets, dishwasher, etc. Also, the pipes were improperly installed when the house was built. Joseph had to replace the whole system correctly. All work was exemplary. Completed above expectations.

They replumbed the whole house with insulated pipe and much more. They were very clean and only cut sheetrock holes to fish all the new lines through.
