Money Well Spent and a Great Investment Feb 9, 2026

If you ever need anything to do with plumbing, Mr Drain are the people to call. Their technicians that did the work for me, Grayson Crowley and Cesar, made the job of changing out my sewer line look easy, and they did a complete re-plumb and re-pipe in a 7 day's time. Well, 1 day was for inspection, which it passed with flying colors. Grayson made sure that the job was done to his own strict standards. My house is old, and he made sure that their work would probably outlast the house or its occupants. It definitely added value to the house, where it was lacking before. The greatest thing about these people, they told you up front what the cost was going to be, and there were no additional add-on fees for problematic situations that arose. When you look at the work after it's done and the water pressure you have, you smile and think that was money well spent. A great investment to an old home. I thank Mr Drain and Grayson Crowley and Cesar Loya for the great job they did.

We had a root intrusion into our sewer line problem. We have had other plumbers come out and snake our service and give estimates on a repair. Very expensive. I called Mr. Drain to see what they would charge. Not happy with what I saw with the other plumbing company. Mr. Drain sent out a technician, Benjamin Douglass, and after inspection of our sewer line came out with a different situation. On closer inspection, he was right about our root intrusion. I was very impressed. They sent out technician Grayson Crowley to do the work. We were very impressed with his knowledge, work ethic, and the great job he did with the repair. We are happy and would recommend highly.

Our experience with Grayson went from a simple washer drain clean out, to “do we have the access ports” (my words) to do a “flush-out,” to attempting the flush out once they found our “ports,” to discovering we needed a new sewer system out to the street in our 50+ year old home. Tree roots destroyed the original city clay plumbing. Every step of the way, Grayson went above and beyond, dealt with every snafu with professionalism, and effectively communicated the issue and his solution. I could tell this became way bigger than he wanted to deal with, but he never showed it and spent half of Memorial Day weekend working on it while we were gone. Add permitting oddities (putting it nicely) to this whole project and Grayson’s professionalism never wavered, and he finished the job the way he started, just him reconnecting us to the city system and filling in the 10ft gigantic holes in our yard needed to access both sides of the new system. Just him. All day. With an injured eye. And still kind and dedicated to quality. It was an insane project and I am grateful Grayson took our call that first Sunday. I’m not sure he is, but we are. Cannot recommend more emphatically!

Had a pretty severe backup due to an old iron sewer cutoff that needed to be replaced for years. I could not get the cap off anymore and called Mr. Drain for help. The first technician, Braeden Blair, tried his hardest to get that cap off, but it had just gotten too old and worn out to get off anymore. He helped work with us and had us set up an appointment that afternoon to get the cutoff dug out of our driveway and the clog cleared. Alejandro Campos was sent out to dig it out and replace the cutoff, and he did fantastic work clearing/replacing it as quickly as possible and repaving the cement afterward. Alejandro was clear every step of the process, what he was doing, what we had access to, and how our new cutoff would work moving forward. Braeden verified the rest of our plumbing outside of just the cutoff and explained what else we may need to look out for in the future. Also, everyone in the office staff I’ve talked to was very nice and personable and got me what I needed quickly. Highly recommend, really helped us when we were in desperate need.

I had a major sewage backup this morning. I called Mr. Drain and they sent somebody out right away. The guy that came out, his name was Jake. One of the nicest young men you’ll ever meet. He was very patient, answered all my questions, tackled the problem right away, gave me a decent estimate and fixed everything as best as he could. He gave me all the information I needed to help me going forward so I can prevent this from happening again. This is a very well run professional organization. Jake is one of their standout employees. I definitely recommend Mr. Drain to anyone who is experiencing a plumbing issue. Complete Sewer Line Replacement Mar 21, 2025

Derek and Michael are two of the hardest working guys around. They stayed late to get my drain “flowing” working well into the night. They checked in every day and checked out before leaving, always informing me on what happened that day and what to expect the next. This was a big job. A complete sewer line replacement although not cheap was done with expertise and diligence. I would definitely recommend Mr. Drain for any plumbing need. Especially if you happen to draw Derek and Michael.

The others quoted more but did not include the concrete work needed. All three could jackhammer the driveway. Only Mr. Drain replaced the concrete, with rebar. Their communication exceeded any other company we use, not just plumbers. They provided a very detailed estimate and texted each time a technician went out. I wish all of our vendors were this good!

He was sent to us by the owner, Greg, to complete a job that included 45+ year old tree roots hiding, compressing, and even breaking right through the sewage line. He was quick to get to work and completed the job inside of a few hours, reducing the amount of time we were without running water. The job required a follow-up the next day to finalize the work, and Aaron stayed in touch with me and showed up just like he said he would. Great worker, and a fantastic business to work with!

From the initial camera look-see and drain unclog with Chris, to the actual digging of a new sewer line with Rory and Derek, the experience was fantastic. We really appreciated how well they cleaned up each night, leaving the sidewalk so tidy and ensuring safety. Everyone was so sweet with my mom, who had just had knee surgery. Giving special accommodation to her with special alerts when water would be off and on, coming in to the house to let her know things personally. I had some sewer lines that needed to be replaced because they were clogged with roots. After getting an estimate from a few companies, I decided on Mr. Drain. Greg (one of the owners) was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I just had a good feeling from the start! His employee, Colin, did the work and did an amazing job. Colin was friendly, professional, and CLEAN. When he left, you would have never known he dug a huge hole in my yard. It looked like it did before he got here. Mr. Drain is amazing! We just bought our first home a month ago and we are in the process of moving our stuff in. So we were very tired and looking forward to being able to shower and go to sleep. Unfortunately, we had sewage backup so we couldn’t. I’ve previously called other companies, even our home warranty, but I couldn’t get an appointment fast enough. This was the only company that I was treated with respect from the first time I called to the service being completed. Rory came out and assessed our plumbing issues. He was very clear and patient with us. Really made us feel at ease with the information he gave us about what needs to be done. He cleared out our clog and gave us recommendations.
