Someone like Greg, who is very knowledgeable about his job, makes it look easy. I’m fairly handy, but this was beyond my scope, but Greg fixed it up for me. It’s nice to know he knew his job. Any more problems, I’ll be calling Mr. Drain again.

Very nice guy and very knowledgeable, but he underestimated the age of my hot water heater. I probably would not have had it replaced because it was only seven years old instead of 30 years old like he told me. But I was comfortable enough replacing it because it was already starting to give me problems and I did not want to go down that rabbit hole.
