They were technicians extraordinary! From the moment they arrived, their expertise was obvious. They pulled a foreign object out of my shower drain that looked like it had been lodged there since 1990—it had its own zip code and probably paid rent 😂. The drain is now flowing better than ever, the work was fast and clean, and everything was explained clearly. Mr Drain came out within 2 hours to repair a major back-up issue and found a chronic issue that was causing our problems… decided to do major repairs and a crew of 7 was here into the night.
